The Highline Dollies are versatile dollies made for cable or synthetic rope usage. Sometimes referred to as a skate or speeder by special effects technicians, they are also known as cable trolleys or carriage pulleys.

The Sweeney Highline Dolly is specifically designed for cable cam systems, stunt performances, and special effects rigging. It allows for the transportation of loads on wires or synthetic ropes.

Available in two sizes, Large and Small, with three different wheel groove sizes .525 for 1/2 inch, .650 for 5/8, and .775 for 3/4 inch rope or wire. The wheels and bearings are precision-made to ensure smooth and quiet operation, which is crucial on set or stage.

Both sizes also feature 3/8-16 mounting screws on 3 sides. Making it easy to mount and configure for your specific need.

For camera use, we recommend using jacketed synthetic rope. The Large Highline Dolly provides the strength, durability, and flexibility you need for your projects.
